Tom Jakobi
Construction Director

Tom has worked as a Construction Manager for two decades. Along with experience as a leader at some of Melbourne’s most renowned builders, his work is underpinned by an incredible understanding of technical detail. More importantly, people love working with him.

At Jakobi - Tom leads onsite teams and the collaboration with designers and trades.

Tom Hart
Design & Planning Director

Tom has a unique and wonderfully versatile experience. Working as head of Technical Detailing at InForm, before moving into a senior role in Construction Management at Carter Grange.

At Jakobi, Tom manages the Design Process and technical detailing - acting as our customer advocate throughout the build.
